How can I determine the t-shirt size I need?

The age-groups sizes we have (3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24 months) match in general with most of the babies and children of that age. To be sure you can measure a perfect fit t-shirt you already have and check the size-chart.

What if the size of the t-shirt I bought is too small?

We provide a size-chart so you can always check which size you need. If you received the size you ordered but the size is too small and the t-shirt hasn`t been used or washed, you can change the t-shirt with the size you need. Just return the t-shirt and after you paid the extra postal costs we will send you one with the required size.

What is your delivery time?

We will send your order directly after receiving the payment. If an article is temporarily out of stock we will contact you directly. By standard we use the regular postal service and depending on where you live it can take from 2 until 7 days. When placing order please take Sundays and national holidays into consideration. Should you prefer an express delivery please email us your request.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipments are carried by TNT Post and are sent via regular mail. The shipping costs within the Netherlands may vary depending on the weight and size of the goods. In step 2 of 4 during your ordering process, the shipping-cost will be calculated. 

Free shipping apply on orders above the amount listed below:

• 90 Euro for within The Netherlands
• 120 Euro for within the EU
• 150 Euro for the rest of the world
  

Do I need to pay custom/ duty charges?

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import taxes. Hektik.cc can not be held liable for any customs/ duties charges occurred due to your country`s legislation. To avoid any problems please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

 
What payment methods does hektik.cc accepts?

Currently we accept payments by iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, Mister Cash, Giropay, DIRECTebanking and Banktransfer. If you wish we can also processed Paypal payments: we can send you a Paypal payment request by email. Please write your request in the comment box found in step 2 of 4 during your ordering process.

What is the quality of your t-shirts?

The t-shirts are made of 100% fine ring-spun combed cotton and it`s finer 1x1 rib knit features a comfortable stretch with excellent durability through repeated washings. All hektik.cc products are designed in The Netherlands. The t-shirts are made in the US and printed in The Netherlands, all in sweatshop-free environment.

What to do with production errors?

Each hektik.cc product has been made with great care and is thoroughly checked on production errors. Should you find a flaw in your ordered shirt, you can return it to us (on your expenses) and we will replace it with an undamaged one (on our expenses). If the t-shirt is sold out in the size you want it, we will refund your payment.

How can I keep the t-shirts beautiful?

Wash the t-shirts inside out at max. 30 degree Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit). Take extra care with the metallic prints. In time, the surface of the metallic prints will show cracks (Craquelé). We think this gives a cool effect but should you wish to keep the metallic foil as clear as possible then wash it by hand and use powder detergent only, not liquid! When using washing-machine, choose a delicate wash-program and don`t put it in a full drum. Iron inside out. Hektik.cc is not responsible for damages occured due to incorrect washing and treatment.

What to do if I am not satisfied?

We guarantee your satisfaction! If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order you can return the good(s) within 7 days and you will receive a refund or you can exchange the items. Please send us an email or give us a call on +31.10.4139619  for exchange/return. All exchanges/returns must be in new, unused condition.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
