If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them.
Items should be returned in their original condition and may only show signs of handling necessary to inspect them, just as you would in a shop.
Exchanges
Need a different size or would you prefer another item? No problem. If stock is available, we're happy to exchange your purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Damaged or faulty items
Every Hektik product is made with care and checked before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at boutique@hektik.cc. We'll make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the costs of returning the item are your responsibility.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale can also be returned within the same 30-day period.

If your order was received as a gift and you'd like to arrange a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll gladly help you find the best solution.
