Delivery times
We carefully pack and ship your order as soon as possible after receiving your payment.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take between 2 and 7 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you right away.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped with PostNL or DPD.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

For smaller orders within the Netherlands, shipping starts at just €2.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Austria, Spain (including the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands), Sweden and the United Kingdom.*
* Please note that orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
Europe Zone 2
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Europe Zone 3
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus and Switzerland.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate their amount.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally delay delivery.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected, refused, or because an incorrect address was provided, any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
